I am currently making a 《Therapy Diary》...
And the first thing I'm putting in it is a graphic(❔️) of all Personality Disorders together, to make a global assessment on my issues. [I call it the C-PTSD wheel, because I believe that all PDs are just C-PTSD in different fonts, but I think no one's ready to have this conversation yet.]
Anyway, since I believe it can be helpful for some people to track their overall PDs symptoms in order to compare them, here it is❕️

[you can use it and/or take inspiration from it] [credits would be appreciated, but not necessary]
Yeah I know it's wacky and kinda ugly, but it makes the job. Each Personality Disorder is classed in alphabetical order, and each dash on the PD's line is for 1 symptom of the diagnostic criteria. For example:

OCPD have eight diagnostic criterias, so it has seven dashes + the border as the maximum & the shared center to indicated a lack of symptoms.
In the end, it should look like something like this:

I personally put a color-code to distinguish when I can be diagnosed with the PD, have traits of the PD, or nothing at all... But it's not a must, as long as you have a shape, it tells enough. If you want to have a checklist for all personality disorders at one place, I'm putting them below:
AsPD checklist
AvPD checklist
BPD checklist
DPD checklist
HPD checklist
NPD checklist
OCPD checklist
PPD checklist
StPD checklist
SzPD checklist

♡DIVINE PERSON♡
✧A Divine Person (DIP is a Special Person attachment experienced by those with persodivergence (or may be a side effect of some medications). A DIP is a person that a persodivergent individual (pwpd) sees as a god/divine entity/etc. The pwpd may worship their DIP as one would worship a god, truly believe their DIP is a god, and/or see them as incapable of doing anything wrong. Splitting on one's DIP is rare, as they are complete and utter perfection, but not unheard of.✧
For a full list of Special Person terms, I made this doc for a comprehensible list. If you'd like to use my PD flags as emojis, I made this discord server with them as heart emojis! (Originally made to react to my SP's messages).
DISCLAIMER: All of these terms already have existed in the community before I posted them. If you have genuine questions or concerns, feel free to reach out and I will try to work with you! These terms are meant to be inclusive of ALL experiences I have heard of or experienced myself, so I have no issue adding things if necessary. These posts are meant to be short and sweet descriptions, not full deep delves on what each means! Feel free to make your own deep dives posts about your own experiences with these and @ me, I’ll definitely repost as long as they’re done in a respectful manner.
Note: This one was actually coined by me lmao

I often read that people with OCPD rigidly adhere to all rules, but i find this to be a simplification. If that was the case, society wouldn't see us as disordered.
From my own experience, I rigidly adhere to rules I agree with. Rules that I deem illogical or outright bad actively make me angry. They drive me to break them on purpose, to demonstrate their perceived flaws and dangers. Or, I try to rules lawyer my way around them. "That's a dumb rule... But I can make it make sense."
Another thing is, we don't understand punishment unless we know what rule was broken. This applies to interpersonal relationships. We may not literally perceive them as a broken rule, but if someone needs space or even acts somewhat critical, we assume we've broken some sort of rule, and need to find out what. And if someone simply doesn't like us? We'll, that's absurd. I didn't break any of their personal rules, did I? Either I am flawed in some way, or they have something against me on a personal level. Nevermind that in reality that's not how people work.
Just my experiences. Let me know what you think, if you have OCPD, or how it compares to your experiences if you don't.

Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder(OCPD)/Anankastic Personality Disorder(AnPD) flag
So we'll level with you, we aren't 100% sure we actually have OCPD, we do have a lot of symptoms of it but we don't know for sure. If that makes not want to use the flag that's fine
Flag meaning:
It has 6 stripes because 6 is a perfect number. The symbol consists of a symbol the is sometimes used to represent the control key on keyboards, and the white flower with six petals is for perfection.
White is for need for perfection, but also for awareness
Yellow rigidity, as well community
Green is for comorbidity, and solidarity
Blue is for order, as well acceptance
Burgundy is for need for control, also symptom management
Black is for underlining anxiety and insecurity, but also recovery
Also here's just the symbol in case you want it

RANT INCOMING
Listen
I'm aware that on platforms like tiktok it's difficult to get people to understand what you mean because of the limited character space
But
BUT
That doesn't mean you also just get to question MY MENTAL DIAGNOSIS BECAUSE YOU DONT BELIEVE WHAT IM SAYING
I don't have the time, energy or space to tell you the reason the doctor said I had "mild ASPD" is because he didn't want to alarm my parents cuz see....I'm 46.
Which means diagnosing a young girl IN THE LATE 80S WITH FULL BLOWN SOCIOPATHY WHEN SHE HAS NEVER BEEN VIOLENT TOWARDS ANIMALS OR HUMANS JUST WASNT WHAT MY DOCTOR WANTED TO DO TO ME OR MY PARENTS
Why scare them with THAT WORD
And that was the word back then.
It wasn't the polite for society Anti-social Personality Disorder.
It was a word you'd hear on TV to describe violent people.
When I was younger I couldn't figure out what was wrong with ME because according to television and movies, as not only a sociopath, but also on the schizoid spectrum, well....apparently I should have been running around slaughtering people cuz the gods told me to.
So my precious doctor, in his infinite wisdom in not wanting to make my future anymore bleak than it already was, just tweaked the wording for my parents.
I'm very aware that you "either have aspd or you dont" but you wanna argue with me when EVERYONE'S DIAGNOSIS IS DIFFERENT
Some doctors actually look out for their patients. And if that means lying a bit to my wonderful parents so they have just a little less to worry about when it comes to me, I am perfectly fine with that.
You don't have to believe me.
But the government did.
And they've been paying me for over a decade not to work because it's in the best interest of EVERYONE that I am not around things that trigger me.
Which, unfortunately, happens to be people in general.
So fuck off with all that bullshit
Bullshit that started over a Lisa from Girl, Interrupted edit, because I said when I first saw the movie, I just thought she was a heinous bitch who liked to cause chaos and was not ASPD. I think she clocked that if she acted a certain way, she could get away with being an absolute cunt to people and then say "but I'm crazy it's not my fault".
Younger generations wanna romanticize mental illness.
And I'll never understand
This is not fun for me
You should not say "wish that was me" when you hear these things

About The Blog
This blog is for me and others to share their experiences living with ANY personality disorder (Cluster A, B, or C). Asks are always open, so feel free to ask questions or submit an entry. If you are going to submit a post, please be sure to specify that at the beginning of your entry. I will be sharing resources as well as posting generally relatable PD content.
DNI and BYF
DNI: People who believe in "narc abuse", endos and tulpas + their supporters, pro-contact paraphiles and neutral contact paraphiles, radqueers, transID, proshippers with no intention of finding better coping mechanisms, and people who self diagnose with minimal research. Submissions from any of these groups will be disregarded and blocked.
BYF: I am not pro-self diagnosis. I believe it should only be done if there is absolutely no access to psychological support, or if an on-paper diagnosis could be potentially dangerous, and with loads of research.
I do not believe in narc abuse. A disorder cannot hurt you unless you are the one with the disorder. Blame the person instead of generalising a group of people based on a diagnosis.
I am anti endo, tulpa, radqueer, and transID. They are all extraordinarily harmful to the disabled community as a whole. They do not deserve a safe space of any kind. And as for tulpas, they are just straight up racist and cultural appropriators.
I am NOT anti paraphilia or proship. I understand that these are often coping mechanisms for childhood trauma. I however will never support pro or neutral contact paraphiles. Anti-contact is the only acceptable kind of paraphile on this blog. I also believe that proshippers are generally okay as long as they intend on finding a better coping mechanism.
Thank you for reading, and I hope you have a good day.

♡FAVORED/FAVORITE PERSON♡
✧A Favored/FavoritePerson (FVP/FP) is a Special Person attachment experienced by those with persodivergence (or may be a side effect of some medications). A FVP is someone the persodivergent individual holds in such a high regard (In other words, placed on a pedestal) that their FVP is sometimes perceived as being unable to do anything wrong. If this FVP does do something that is percieved as doing something wrong, however, this can lead to splitting.✧
✧ The “Favored Person” term is a community-made alternative for “Favorite Person” that is made to be less exclusive than the original term has been made to be.
For a full list of Special Person terms, I made this doc for a comprehensible list. If you'd like to use my PD flags as emojis, I made this discord server with them as heart emojis! (Originally made to react to my SP's messages).

So we've noticed there's been bit of a struggling to come up with an accurate "special person" term/ FP equivalent for OCPD. So here's our suggestions for that based on the experiences of the system's alters the hold the most OCPD traits
Appraisal Person/People - Someone that a person with OCPD values their relationship more than most. And who can tell the person with OCPD when what they've done is good/complete enough, and the person with OCPD will believe them and feel comfortable stopping work on it. An appraisal person is also someone that the person person with OCPD is more willing to ask for help from and assign tasks to. Basically someone a person with OCPD trusts the evaluations of. Respite Person/People - Someone that a person with OCPD values their relationship more than most. And is someone who the person with OCPD can take breaks with without feeling guilty/anxious. The person with OCPD may also feel, that don't need to try to be perfect around this person, and as such express themselves more freely around them.
One person could obviously be both a respite person and an appraisal person, and not everyone with OCPD is going to relate to what I have written, as these are based on personal experiences.
